Core Values
Our Services
We provide a person-centred, nurturing Supported Living schemes in our warm, friendly homes and also flexible Domiciliary Support in your own home.
Supported Living
With our Supported Living scheme, you move into one of our warm, normal-sized family homes. You’ll have your own bedroom and share the house with a small group of friends who also have a learning disability.
You choose all aspects of your life – your routines, meals, activities, visitors, and house rules – we’ll shape support around what matters to you. Living with others means you’re not isolated: there’s daily company, shared experiences, and positive role-modelling, with staff on hand to offer as much or as little help as you need at the right time.
At a glance:
- Your choices first: how you live each day is up to you.
- Community, not isolation: friendships and everyday social contact.
- Independence with backup: your space, your pace – support when you want it.
The positives of living with other people in supported living:
- Confidence boost: encouragement from housemates and staff.
- Shared routines = easier days: mealtimes, planning, reminders happen naturally.
- Learn from each other: copy helpful habits and communication styles (positive role-modelling).
- More activities: friends for activities, hobbies, trips, and trying new things.
- Independence with backup: your own space plus support when you want it.
- Better mood & wellbeing: more laughs, less loneliness.
- Safer & more consistent: familiar faces around, predictable support.
Domiciliary (Own Home) Support
If you prefer to stay in your current home, we can come to you. We’ll agree visit times that fit your life and needs – anything from short daily support to full 24hr support including sleep-in support. We can help with personal care, meals, medication support, housekeeping, shopping, bills, appointments, and getting out and about – always tailored to your choices and goals.
Familiar Staff
Our committed, person-centred-trained team gives you consistent support from familiar faces. It’s important that we know you – and most of all, you know us: consistency builds trust, makes communication easier, reduces anxiety, and keeps routines steady. Because we work with you regularly, we notice small changes early, tailor support more precisely, and keep you safer – so your care feels calmer, more personal, and truly effective.
